  • Load Restrictions

We can dispose of the following materials for you with certain restrictions:

    Concrete

Maximum 12 cubic yard container due to weight. Concrete must not be mixed with any other materials as it can be taken to a recycling facility where it is often used to make materials for road building.

    Dirt/Rocks

Maximum 10 cubic yard container due to weight. Dirt and rocks can be combined with each other, but must not be mixed with any other materials.

    Drywall/Gypsum

Maximum 30 cubic yard container due to weight. Drywall/Gyproc must be placed in a separate bin as it cannot be placed in the landfill because it is made of gypsum (calcium sulphate). When gypsum is deprived of oxygen, such as when buried in a sanitary landfill, it begins to break down in a way that releases a toxic gas. We accept new Drywall/Gyproc only.

    Asphalt/Tar and Gravel Roofing

Maximum 20 cubic yard container due to weight. Must not be mixed with any other materials.

    Vehicle Tires

We will accept used tires but a surcharge will be added to your load as the transfer stations we use surcharge for used tires. Alternatively, used tires can be returned to most tire dealers for the scrap tire recycling program.
  • What Gets Recycled?

We pride ourselves on our commitment to the environment. As you can see, we are able to ensure that the majority of loads we pick up gets recycled properly. The graphic below show our average recovery percentage based on the load type from construction sites.

  • Frequently Asked Questions

We hope these faq's will answer some of the questions you may have regarding our services. If you don't see the answer to your question, please feel free to call us anytime and we will be happy to answer to question.

How much room do I need to place a container?

The bins "roll-off" the rear of the truck. This will require an additional 30 feet to 50 feet to place on top of the length of the bin. On the street this will be approximately 4 car lengths.

Where will you place the Bin?

We give our driver latitude on placement of containers. Our drivers have the final say on determining if a bin is safe to place where you want it. Factors such as the turning radius of the truck, space needed to drop the bin, low hanging power lines, tree branches, car ports, or garages can all influence where our driver can ultimately place the bin. Always have a plan B as to where you want the bin placed. *Note that you must be on location if you have special placement instructions.

Can the bin damage my property?

Yes. Our containers and trucks are very heavy. We prefer to place the bin on a hard level surface. Surfaces such as lawns (especially when damp) and asphalt driveways (under hot summer sun) are susceptible to damage. We make every effort to avoid damage to your property by placing wood down for the bin rails to sit on. This will cut down on possible scratching or damage of your driveway, but we will not be responsible for damage done due to placement or pickup of our bins.

How high can I fill the bin?

All of our bins have a "Level Load Only" sign on them to remind you not to fill the bin over the rails. Any items above the top will be removed, or you will be requested to off load material before we can safely haul the bin.

How long can I keep the bin?

The bin can be kept for up to 3 days at no additional charge. Daily and monthly fees available after that. Contact us for details.

Do I call the office for pickup?

Yes, you have to call the office to schedule a pickup

What if I need another container?

Call us and we will get you an empty bin as soon as possible.

How do I pay and do I have to be on location for delivery?

For all customers payment can be made with either cash or cheque. Before we drop the bin at your home we will require payment.

    How much does it cost?
